     (OZ) STUFFED MEATLOAF

Ingredients
2 lbs. GROUND CHUCK
1 six oz. pkg. Stove Top SAVORY HERB STUFFING
1 cup cold WATER
2 whole EGGS
1 sm (or 1/3 cup) ONION - diced
1 sm (or 1/3 cup) CELERY - sliced thin
1 sm (or 1/3 cup) CARROT - shredded
1/3 cup RED BELL PEPPER - diced
Favorite KETCHUP (to taste)
 
(optional) SALT

Instructions
Prep veggies and mix together. Empty stuffing contents into a clear zip-lock bag and pulverize.
In large metal bowl, add meat and then all other ingredients (except ketchup). Mix well with hands and transfer to a loaf pan.
Spread desired amount of ketchup on top and bake at pre-heated 400 degrees for about an hour. If desired, add additional ketchup about ten minutes before it is done.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with chunks of boiled red potatoes and steamed broccoli
