Mix and press into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for
15 minutes. Cool.
1 c. pwd. sugar 1 8 oz. cream cheese softened
Blend and add 1 c. cool whip. Spread over crust. Mix
2 boxes of instant chocolate pudding and 3 1/2 cups milk.
Beat 1 minute and pour over cream cheese mixture. Top
with cool whip to cover. Sprinkle with nuts.
