     NANCY C. SNICKER CAKE

Ingredients
1 German Chocolate Cake Mix
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. magarine
1 c. choc. chips
1 pkg. caramels
1 c. nuts
 

Instructions
Mix cake mix according to instructions on pkg. Bake 1/2 of the mix in a 9 x 13 pan sprayed with PAM for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Melt caramels, margarine and milk in microwave. Pour over baked cake. Top with choc. chips and nuts. Pour remaining cake mix on top. Bake 20 minutes at 275 degrees then 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Needs no icing.
