     Meat Balls

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 tsp beau monde seasoning
1 can beef consomme
1/2 cup wine
2 tablespoons of flour
Bake 350 for 55 minutes
 

Instructions
Soak crumbs in milk, mix with meat and seasonings. Make balls size of large walnut and brown in skillet Remove balls to casserole and make a gravy of flour, consomme and wine. Pour over meat balls and bake 55 minutes in 350 oven.
