     RED CAKE ICING

Ingredients
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 1/2 Tbs. flour
2 sticks margarine
 

Instructions
Warm milk before adding to flour to keep from lumping. Cook until thick and let cool. Cream sugar and margarine until fluffy, about 20 minutes. Add flour mixture slowly in mixer. Add 1 tsp. vanilla and ice between layers and rest of cake.
