Prepare and bake a pie crust that fits a pizza pan; set to cool. Mix cream cheese and sugar with enough milk to make spreadable. Spread over the entire pie crust and refrigerate. Mix 1/2 cup sugar, cornstarch, water and a dash of salt. Cook until clear. Add 1 package of strawberry Jell-O. Pour over chilled cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate until almost set. Add 2 packages of sliced fresh strawberries over cream cheese until completely covered. Refrigerate until served.
