1. Heat wok for 2 mins in high heat. Add 2 tbsp
cooking oil, 30 secs. Add 5 cloves smashed garlic,
fragrant.

2. Add 450g lettuce, soften.
|
|
|
3. Add 1 tbsp shaoxing wine, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 3/4 tsp sugar and
1/2 tsp salt.
