Crush pretzels. Melt margarine in oven while
preheating, then add 3 Tbsp. sugar and pretzels.
Press to form crust. Bake 10 min. @ 400 degrees-
allow to cool. Cream remaining sugar and cream
cheese. Fold in cool whip. Smooth over pretzels.
Chill in fridge. Mix jello with 2 c. boiling
water. Add frozen strawberries- allow to cool.
Layer over cream mixture. Refrigerate. (Best to
make night before).
