     Swiss Steak

Ingredients
1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 lb round steak
1/2 teaspoon of salt and garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 to 4 tablespoon cooking oil
3 large onion sliced
1 celery stalk chopped
1 cup canned tomatoes
1 tablespoon worchestershire and terriyaki sauce
 
1to 2 tablespoon flour mixed with 2 to 4 tablespoon water

Instructions
Dredge meat in flour seasoned with salt, garlic salt and pepper. Heat oil in skillet. Sear meat until well browned on both sides. Add remaining ingredients except flour paste. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat. Simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours or tender. Remove steak from sauce to a platter and thicken sauce with flour paste. Serve sauce separately.
