     Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients
24 ounces frozen shredded potatoes
1 teaspoon salt
pepper, to taste
12 eggs
1.5 cup grated cheddar cheese
1.5 cup grated pepper jack cheese
2 cups chopped ham or sausage
 

Instructions
Grease a 9x13 casserole dish. Pour frozen potatoes in bottom of dish. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs. Add half & half, salt, pepper, cheeses, and ham to egg mixture. Cover and let set in refrigerator. Bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes. Remove from oven and let set 10 minutes. Serve.
