1/2 lb. (8oz) Velveeta cheese, cut inti 1/2 in.cubes
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
2 c. (8oz) elbow macaroni, cooked
Instructions
Heat oven to 350.
Whisk eggs & milk in large bowl until blended.
Add Velveeta, Cheddar, butter & red pepper; mix
well. Stir in macaroni.
Pour into 1 1/2 qt.caserole sprayed with cooking
spray.
Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned & heated
through.
