     Mutha Sauce

1/4 Cup Vegatable Oil
1 Cup Minced Onion
1/2 Cup Minced Green Pepper
1 Jalapeno Seeded and Minced
Pinch of Kosher Salt and Black Pepper
2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1 Can Tomato Sauce, 2 Cups Ketchup
1 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Cider Vinegar, 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
3/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 Cup Molasses
1/4 Cup Cayenne Pepper Sauce
1/4 Cup Spicy Brown Mustard
3/4 Cup Dark Brown Sugar Packed
1 Tbsp Chili Powder
2 Tsp Coarsely Ground Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp Ground Allspice
1 Tbsp Liquid Smoke

Add oil to a large saucepan and heat over medium heat. Add onion and both kinds of peppers, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook til soft and golden, add garlic and cook for an addition minute.
Add all of the other ingrediants except for Liquid Smoke. Bring to a bowl, the reduce to a simmer. Simmer for 10 mins. Swirl in liquid smoke and then let the sauce cool.
After cooling put into a container and store in the fridge.
