Set oven to 350 degrees. Cut potato, tomato,
squash, and onion into bite size pieces (the
smaller the potato and carrot pieces the faster
they cook). In a glass (I use a deep Corningware
dish with a lid) dish, spread hamburger evenly on
bottom. Add vegetable mix to dish (putting the
potatoes and carrots on the bottom helps them cook
faster). Cook covered in over for 45 min at 350,
remove lid, turn over up to 400 degrees and cook
for another 20 min, or until potatoes and carrots
are soft.
