     Pear and Blue Cheese Salad

Ingredients
1 head iceberg
1 bunch romaine
3 large rip pears, peeled and cut into wedges
4-6 oz crumbled blue cheese
candied walnuts OR slivered almonds
2/3 cup bottled Italian dressing
1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp sugar
 

Instructions
Tear lettuce into pieces, blending the two types. Place pear wedges on top, then sprinkle with blue cheese, then candied walnuts or almonds. Combine salad dressing with Dijon - taste. If necessary and according to your own taste, blend in sugar and spices.
Pour dressing over salad and serve.
Serving Suggestions
If you like blue cheese, add a few more crumbles.
