In a large bowl - put the water, butter and honey together in
the bowl. In a separate bowl, mix the salt, oats, whole wheat
and white bread flours and buttermilk powder. Mix well with a
fork. Once mixed...add the yeast and then pour the liquid
mixture to the dry mixture.
Mix with floured hands until mixed - don't mix too much, but
make sure all are combined.
In an oiled grease large bowl, add the bread mixture shaped
into a ball. Cover with plastic and/or towel and place in a
warm place to raise. Will take about 2 hours.
Once it's doubled in size...punch down and place in a bread
loaf pan; put aside to rise to double in size. When one - bake
in 350 degree oven until baked and crust is brown. When you
knock on the bread, it should have a hollow sound - that
means that its done.
