     Beef Stew Meat Over Rice

2lb. stew meat(cut into bite size pieces)
2-3T Flour
1-2 med. onions(sliced & crossed-sliced)
1 bell pepper(cut in very coarse pieces or medium slices)
1 cup mushrooms sliced
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2/3 soup can of water
1 T beef bouillon granules (or 3 cubes)
seasoned salt & pepper

Cut up beef, not too small, sprinkle with flour,salt and pepper & meat tenderizer.Mix meat well so all pieces are covered.
Brown meat in 2 T oil. Put meat and juices left from cooking into crock-pot and add remaining ingred.
cook on high 3-5 hrs. or until meat is tender. serve on bed of rice.
you could add carrots & potatoes to the leftover for next day . Add alittle more water maybe some cut-up celery
