     Butterscotch Self-saucing Pudding

Ingredients
1 C self-raising flour
3/4 C sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 oz butter
1/2 C milk
TOPPING
2 T syrup
1 oz butter
 
1 1/2 C hot water

Instructions
Melt butter and mix dry ingredients together until smooth. Put in dish.
Melt topping ingredients and pour over pudding.
Bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes
