Melt butter. Mix cream cheese with butter till creamy. Add powdered sugar and Cool Whip till creamy; set aside. Mix pudding as directed on package. Add to mixture and mix thoroughly. Break up Oreos in small pieces. Place 1/2 of pkg. on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with pudding mixture. Add other half of crushed Oreos on top. Refrigerate.
