     RIBS,oven cooked, dry rub

Ingredients
2 1/2 TBS chili powder
2 T Ground Cumin
1 TBS ground coriander
3/4 TBS salt
1 TBS paprika
1 TBS dark brown sugar
1/2 TBS pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp mustard
 
1/2 tsp garlic powder
This makes about a cup enough for another rub

Instructions
On a piece of foil etc. rub well into both sides of ribs - pour out about 1/4 cup at a time- ( to prevent getting your fingers in the left over rub) work it in good. place on rack, bone side down. At 300 degrees, place in middle rack. After an hour, turn tray. Turn every 30 mins for 2 more hours.
I've not made these, always intend to, sound good
