Mix shortening and cookie crumbs and press firmly in bottom 9 by 13 dish; reserve ¼ c. crumbs for top. Dissolve Jell-O in hot water; add sugar and juices and let set till partially jelled. Chill milk till ice crystals form; beat milk till thick. Add to Jell-O mixture. Pour over crumbs & sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Chill till time to serve.
