Combine all ingredients; mix well. Spread in a Pam sprayed 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes; spread with topping (recipe below) while warm. Sprinkle with nuts before serving.
Cream all ingredients together until smooth and spreadable.
