2cups old fashioned oatmeal (kind that cooks in 5 min)
1/2 cup mashed ripe banana (about 1 large)
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/3 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
1/3 cup dried cranberries (or chocolate chips)
2 Tbsp milk
3 Tbsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 6 muffin tins.
Mash banana, pumpkin and almond butter (PB) together in a large
bowl. Add cranberries, milk maple syrup and salt, and stir to
thoroughly combine. Stir in the oats and mix to incorporate.
Distribute among muffin tins. Bake 20 minutes.
