     CHOCOLATE DIPPED PRETZELS AND FRUIT

Ingredients
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tsp. vegetable oil
10 pretzel rods
2 squares white chocolate, melted (optional)
fresh strawberries, pineapple, marshmallows, graham cracker sticks, etc.
 

Instructions
Line a tray with waxed paper. Place chocolate chips and oil in microwave-safe bowl. Stirring every 30 seconds, microwave on high until chocolate is melted, 1 to 2 minutes. Dip half of each pretzel rod and your choice of fruit, etc. in melted chocolate. Place on wax paper-lined tray. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until chocolate is set. If desired, drizzle with melted white chocolate.
