Prepare and bake cake according to package directions, using a Pam sprayed 13 x 9 inch pan. Cool on a wire rack. Using the handle of a wooden spoon, poke holes in cake and pour the frozen strawberries over the cake; let soak up.
Frosting-
Mix together the small box of vanilla pudding with milk. Fold in the carton of Cool Whip. Spread over cake. Top with real strawberries.
