     California Chicken Salad

4 cups diced cooked chicken
2 cups seedless grapes sliced
1/2 tsp toasted silvered almonds
1 cup chopped celery
1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 stick butter melted and cooled
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup poppy seed dressing andy variety
1/2 c minced and dried parsely
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp minced garlic
Pinch of marjoram
Salt to taste
White pepper to taste

Mix the chicken, grapes, almonds and celery in a large bowl and set aside. Mix butter, mayonnaise, yogurt and poppy seed dressing together well. Stir in spices and seasonings. Slowly add dressing to chicken mixture to coat evenly to your desired consistency. You may not use all of dressing. It can be refrigereted for a week. Serve on croissants.
