     TRACIE’S WHEATIES COOKIES

Ingredients
1 c. shortening or 1/2 c. margarine
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 c. nuts or 1/2 c. coconut (optional)
2 c. flour
2 c. Wheaties
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
 
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, chill dough. Form in balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees or 340 degrees till done.
