Heat oven to 350 degrees. Press cookie dough in bottom of ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove pan from oven; sprinkle evenly with marshmallows. Return to oven; bake an additional 1 to 2 minutes or until puffy. Remove pan from oven. Sprinkle evenly with chocolate pieces. Drizzle with warm ice cream topping. Cool 1 hour or until completely cooled. Cut into bars.
