1kilo figs (bajtar ta san gwann) - 500g sugar - 1tbs ground cinnamon - 1 pkt 2-1 fruttapec Fruit in a large pot - mix in sugar and pectin. Cook till mixture boils - blitz with a hand blender - boil for 3 minutes - ladle into hot sterlised jars and seal
