Heat oven to 375. Cook pasta according to directions.
coat 11x7 baking dish with cooking spray. in large pot whisk together milk and flour. bring to boil while whisking, until thickened, 5 minutes
whisk in 3 1/2 C cheese, pepper sauce and salt , cook, whisking until melted and smooth. Stir in pasta, Transfer to baking dish, sprinkle with 1/2 C cheese, Bake until hot , bubbly and golden about 20 minutes, cool slightly before cutting
