6 hard boiled eggs, peeled
|
|
1/4 Cup mayo
|
|
1/2 tsp. dijon mustard
|
|
6 green olives, minced
|
|
1/2 tsp. dried parsley
|
|
salt and pepper to taste

|

Instructions |
|
|
Cut eggs in half lengthwise and place yolks in mixing bowl. Mash yolks with back of fork and add all ingredients.
|

|
Spoon or pipe filling back into egg whites. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
