Heat olive oil on medium heat in a large skillet. Throw in garlic and warm. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Throw in shrimp and cook until just pink. Throw in any vegetables like red pepper, sundried tomatoes, and artichokes. Make it to your liking. Cook about 5 minutes until veggies are tender. Add chicken broth until it makes a sauce to your liking. If you like it creamy, add a bit of half n half or heavy cream. Stir in pasta. Other veggie options might include broccoli florets, carrots (chopped small), mushrooms, asparagus.
