Combine the A mixture in a saucepan. Heat over low and stir
until butter melts. Add the chocolate chips and stir/heat until
they start to melt. Remove from heat and continue to stir until
all the chips melt. Pour mixture into bowl and cool for about 10
minutes.
Beat in the eggs one at a time at a high speed. Switch speed to
low and mix in the D mixture. Chill dough for about an hour.
Unwrap the mints and cut them in half.
Mix up dough and roll into balls. Recipe should make around
50 cookies. Cook on 350 for 8 minutes. When they come out of
the oven, place a half mint on each cookie. Wait 3 minutes and
then spread the melted mint across the cookie.
