Ingredients
1/2 lb swiss cheese - shredded
3/4 lb bacon-crumbled
4 eggs
1 Tbsp flour
1/2 tsp cayenne, nutmeg
2 cups milk
1 Tbsp butter
2nd Recipe
 
1 1/4 cups flour 1/3 cup butter 2TBSP ice water
3 eggs
1 1/4 cups whipping cream
1 tsp mixed herbs, salt and pepper
1 cup diced smoked ham
1 1/2 cups graed Cheddar or Jarlsberg cheese
Dash paprika

Instructions
Line 9in pie pan with pastry. Cover with cheese. Fry bacon until crisp, arrange on top of cheese. Beat eggs with flour, cayenne, and nutmeg. Add milk and melted butter. Pour over bacon and cheese. 375 40 mins or until set
2nd recipe - Measure flour, cut in butter with pastry blender until coarse crumbs. Add ice water, mixing with fork until forms ball. Chill 1hr. Roll into 9 inch quiche pan. Prick dough with fork. Bake 425 10mns Filling Beat eggs, cream, add spices, ham, cheese Bake 400 25mns
