Ingredients
a. 1.5 lb pork tenderloin
a. 1 tablespoon chili powder
a. 1 tablespoon garlic powder
a. 1/2 tablespoon sugar
a. 1 teaspoon salt
a. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
b. jar of apricot preserves
b. 1/2 cup bbq sauce
b. 1 teaspoon ginger

b. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
b. 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
b. 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
b. 2 tablespoons lime juice

Instructions
Rub the tenderloin with the A mix. Let sit for a couple of hours.
Heat oven to 350. Cook pork for 25 minutes. While cooking, heat the B mixture on the stove over medium heat. Take the pork out and marinate with the sauce ( you only need about half, the rest can be frozen and saved). Cook for another 20 minutes and check to see if pork is done. Keep cooking until it is cooked through.
