1 cup wheat flour
1 cup white flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
1/4 cup butter
3 tablespoons milk
fruit filling of choice

Combine flours, sugar and salt. Slowly add milk and yogurt. Roll, wrap and chill. Take it out and roll into a thin crust. Cut into 2x2 squares. Fill, sprinkle with flour. Score the sides, top it with another square and score again. Bake at 350 for 13-18 min
