2 large over-ripe bananas
1Cup Oats

Tools- - Large bowl - Cookie sheet
Steps- 1. Mix bananas and oats in bowl 2. Form into cookies on greased cookie sheet 3. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes (up to 30 minutes for crispier cookies)
Notes- 1) You can add various things like chocolate chips, crushed walnut pieces, cinnamon, and raisins for added flavor. 2) Bananas vary ins size so if the batter seems too runny or as though cooking will flatten the cookies add in more oats. Too many oats though, will prevent the cookies from holding together.
