Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil.
Toss bread crumbs with onion, dill, lemon zest, garlic, and oil.
Season with salt and pepper. Press stuffing onto both sides of
the fish. Place onto baking sheet.
Roast in pre- heated oven until the fish begins to brown, and
the flesh flakes easily, about 20-30 minutes
