     Lunchbox Wraps

Preptime   10 min.

10 inch soft tortilla, rice wrap, or other wrap
rinsed canned beans (such as black, kidney, garbanzo)
shredded cheese
thinly sliced bell peppers, avocado, shredded carrot
frozen, thawed corn kernels or fresh corn cut of the cob
shredded lettuce or baby spinach leaves
fresh herbs (cilantro, basil)
light cream cheese
thinly sliced lunchmeat
thinly sliced salami
cooked bacon

Spread upper portion of tortilla/wrap with light cream cheese and other spreads of choice (salsa, mustard) and layer in fillings of choice in even layer over top third of wrap.
fold sides of tortilla inward and roll tightly to form sealed wrap. Cut in half on bias and wrap each portion with paper towel. Pack in reusable sandwich bag or fabric remnant rolled over top and sealed with rubber bands.
Switch up the fillings to fit your mood and be creative trying different combinations!
Serving Suggestions
Wraps can also be cut into smaller pices and served as spirals packed tightly into a reusable plastic container.
