Liquidise- garlic, ginger, onions, tomato, chilli with a little salt
Put 2 Tbls butter in a saucepan add 1 1/2 tsp Garam Marsala, 1 tsp Turmeric, Good pinch Chilli Powder then add liquidised ingredients.
Cook 1 minute. Pour over up to 6 Chicken thighs(skinned)in a roasting type pan. Cook say 20 minutes add juice 1 lemon and 2 Tbls chopped
Coriander. Cook chicken for further 20 minutes.

Make 1 pint Coconut Milk from Powder or you can buy canned. Add salt, juice lemon and the contents of the pan in which the chicken has been
cooked, add at least three tabs of chopped Coriander.
Pour sauce over Chicken serve with rice and Mango Chutney.
THIS FREEZES REALLY WELL.
