Ingredients

	1 cup Southwestern Egg Substitute
	1/2 cup Fat Free Evaporated Milk
	1 cup shredded 2% sharp cheddar cheese
	2 eggs, beaten
	1/2 tsp salt
	1/4 tsp pepper
	1 deep dish frozen pie shell


Instructions


1. Pre-heat oven to 325.


2. Combine egg sub, milk, cheese, eggs, salt & pepper and pour into piecrust.


3. Bake 25-30 min or until eggs become firm. Divide into 6 servings.
