1/4 cup cornstarch dissolved in 1/2 cup juice
1-1/2 cups sugar
1/2 lemon juiced
almond extract
2 Tbsp. butter

This filling tastes very fresh Cook until clear and thickened Fill unbaked shell and top with crust Bake at 425 for 40 minutes
