In a baking dish, arrange chicken pieces skin side up in a single layer.
Drizzle with lemon juice; sprinkle with salt and pepper. In a bowl, blend
yogurt, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, thyme, cayenne
pepper and green onions. Spread this mixture over chicken and bake
uncovered, sat 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
and broil for 3 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve with rice.
