4 1/2 lbs. chicken wings, separated at joints, tips discarded
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. hot pepper sauce
Instructions
Line 2 baking sheets with aluminum foil; coat foil with cooking spray. Put flour, cayenne pepper, garlic, and salt in a zip-top plastic bag, and shake to mix. Add wings, seal, and shake until well ooated. Put wings on baking sheets in 1 layer, and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter and hot sauce. Dip wings in mixture and return to baking sheets. Bake about 45 minutes, turning once, until crispy, no longer pink in the center, and juices run clear.
