     Roasted Zucchini and Tomato

Ingredients
2 med size zucchini diced in 1 inch pcs
1 pints grape tomatoes cut in half
4-8 garlic minced
olive oil
salt & pepper
 
Instructions
Mix all together and turn out onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Roast in 400 degree oven for 30 to 40 min.
