     Chicken Tortilla Soup

3 chicken breasts
16 oz. chicken broth
1 onion, chopped
15 oz. can ranch style beans
15 oz. can black beans
15 oz. frozen corn
15 oz. tomato sauce
12 oz. can beer
2 15 oz. cans diced tomatoes
1 taco seasoning recipe (see recipe in this book)
fresh cilantro
sour cream
shredded cheddar cheese
tortilla chips or strips

Place chicken, broth, onion, beans, corn, tomato sauce, beer, diced tomatoes and taco seasoning in a large crockpot. Cook on low for 5 hours. Take out the chicken, shred and place back in the pot and cook for 2 more hours.
Note- if you want to cook on the stove, quickly boil the chicken in salt water, take out and cube or shred. Combine all ingredients in a stockpot and simmer for 3-5 hours.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with fresh cilantro, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, tortilla strips and lime wedges.
