Set the broiler on low. Combine the whipped cream cheese with the prosciutto, parmesan cheese & garlic powder & chives until well blended. Slice the baguette lengthwise then into 1 1/2 inch slices. Spread the cheese mixture over each slice and place onto an ungreased baking sheet. Slide under broiler about 4 inches from coils for 3-5 minutes or until cheese I lightly browned & bubbly.
