Category   Entrees - Maindishes
Sub Category   None
Servings   3-4 portions
Preptime   30 minutes
Wine/Beverage
Recommendations
  Red or white wine

Ingredients
350g-400g Boiled Penne Regate Al Dente
Sauce-
500ml milk (l used skimmed milk)
2 table spoon corn flour
1/3 teaspoon ground cloves
1/3 cup vodka
2 tablespoon butter
1 small onion diced
Grated cheese

Salt and pepper
1-2 cans of 213g salmon
2 small drops red colouring (optional) so the sauce won't be to much white as if in faded pink.

Instructions
Put the diced onion in a pan with the butter on low heat till it will turn transparent and water will absorb. Pour the vodka and the ground cloves, simmer for 3 minutes, don't let the onion get burned. In a jug put the corn flour and 2 tablespoon from the milk and stir to make a liquid paste. The remaining milk pour it to the pan, add salt, pepper and 3-4 tablespoons grated cheese and bring it to the boil. Meanwhile open the salmon can (cans) and remove the water, if there'll be black skin on salmon remove it and the small fish bone. Cut the salmon chunks in small pieces. When the milk will started to boil, (like the custard) reduce heat and pour the corn flour paste, the salmon and the colouring (optional) and stir quickly, so you will not have lumps. Serve with grated cheese --) Buon Apetit --)
