     Potatoes in the Oven

Ingredients
1 pkg frozen hash browns, southern style
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
Topping-
 
2 Tbs. margarine
1/2 cup cereal or cracker crumbs
Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a large baking dish. Mix all ingredients except topping ingredients until blended and put in baking dish. Crumble topping over ingredients and bake for 35-45 minutes until top is golden.
