Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour
1 pinch of salt (don't pinch me I'm Irish)
2 sticks of unsalted butter softened
2 eggs
1/4 cup reg sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup finely chopped almonds
A LOT of powdered sugar to roll them in after

One box will do if you make one batch. I always double it at least.

Instructions
Cream the eggs butter vanilla and sugar. Add wet mixture to flour which already has the pinch of salt in it mixed up.
Add almonds (I use the blender to chop the almonds) Mix together then refrigerate for about an hour or till firm. (Don't say it Psh)
I sometimes put the dough in the freezer for about half an hour for a quick firm. (Don't say it Psh)*wink* Roll into crescent shapes or balls. A little less than a tablespoon of dough. Maybe a teaspoon and a half. Bake for about 10 minutes till just set or slightly golden. Let cool just till a bit warm.
If they get too cool the powdered sugar will not stick. Too hot it melts so this is crucial. Wahla..... and mmmmmmmmmm SEE why I hate making these #$%$@#*&%% cookies!!! BUT they are SO good. EAT EAT EAT!!!!! A LOT!
