Add yeast to milk. Leave for 5 minutes. Mix all
the other ingredients together. Add yeast mixture,
mix well and if dry add some water. Let stand for
ten minutes.
After ten minutes, knead for about 6 minutes until
you get a smooth dough. Leave to rest for an hour.
After an hour, roll the pastry, spread the butter
and sprinkle the cinnamon/sugar mix on one side
and nutella on the other. Roll and cut.
Place in trays and leave to rise for 30 minutes.
Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
